「Lovely room but especially lovely and welcoming staff. We can’t wait to return」

「Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but...

「このホテルにはベルガモ大学において行われた会議のため6日ほど滞在しました。このホテルからチッタアルタ（山頂にある街）までは徒歩30分程度なので、駅周辺からバスまたは麓からフィニコラーレ（ケーブルカー）を使用する場合と比べると若干時間がかかる程度でした。ホテルの客室はとても清潔で、オーナーのチョイスによる”香り”もとても心地よく、特に女性の方にはお勧めです。私は個人で滞在しましたが、お子さんのいるご家族での滞在者も多く見受けられました。（大きい部屋があり、駐車場も完備されています。）朝食については一般的なコンチネンタルに加え、イタリア製のハムやチーズ、そしてたくさんのお菓子がありました。コーヒーはエスプレッソ、カフェラッテ、カプチーノ、アメリカンのチョイスがあります。周辺にはカフェ、レストラン、パン屋など生活に必要な物はだいたい揃っており、ほぼすべての店において英語が通じます。またこのホテルは家族経営で行われており、とてもアットホームな温かいもてなしを受け非常に満足しました。なおホテル内では無料のWifiがあります。」

「ベルガモのチッタアルタに行ったなら是非、お泊まり下さい。お部屋も清潔、アメニティ等もポットもあります。WIFIもつながります。 朝食も美味しく、連泊したくなる素敵なホテルです。ちょっと場所が見つけづらかったけど何とかたどりつけました。 レセプションまでは階段(笑) 荷物が大きい方は注意。ただ、車椅子などの方はリフトがありましたので旅行を検討している方は相談してみたら如何でしょうか。」

「We loved everything about this place. The host went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and we were well catered for. Amazing communication too. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The property is well located, with many nice bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and historical buildings close by plus the funicular which is a 30 second walk. Would highly recommend! 」

The attic rooms were amazing. I watched the stars and planes all night long. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant; the food was delicious, and the breakfast was very rich and varied. 」
