Sehr gut

Man sieht das Meer, ist alles umzäunt um das Haus, für unser kleiner Hund. Ein echt schöner Platz zum abschalten. Vittorio sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Straße zum Haus, eng und steil. War aber fahrbar. Die Autobahn ca 500 bis -700Meter entfernt, hat uns nicht gestört. Meine Frau und ich und unser kleiner Hund, waren sehr zufrieden, und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir sind jetzt schon 4 mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Es war wie immer sehr schön. Da die Autobahn gerichtet wurde war der Lärm gar nicht mehr so schlimm. Das Haus ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Vittorio ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Preis-Leistung top. Das Haus und der Garten waren super. Vittorio ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle wenn es Probleme gibt. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass die Anfahrt steil ist und es durch die Autobahn nie ruhig ist. Da wir das aber wussten, störte es uns überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Blick aufs Meer u. die tollen Sonnenaufgänge sind einzigartig u. lassen auch die bekanntermaßen in der Nähe befindliche Autobahn in den Hintergrund rücken. Das Haus war sauber, nett eingerichtet u. angemessen ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt u. toll für Vierbeiner. Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück erfordert etwas Geschick + Gewöhnung, war aber auch mit einem größeren SUV zu meistern. Der Eigentümer ist super nett u. und bei Problemchen sofort zur Stelle. A presto piccola casa al mare!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hübsches Ferienhäuschen ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man braucht. Himmlisch abgelegen, sicher eingezäunt, für unsere Hunde ein Paradies. Die Auffahrt ist extrem steil und kurvig. Braucht etwas Übung bis man in einem Rutsch die Einfahrt schafft. Genügend Geschirr und Elektrokkeingeräte sind vorhanden. Sonst allerdings nichts. Putzmittel, Lappen u.ä. mussten wir einkaufen. Der Vermieter war super hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle als es mit dem elektronischen Tor Schwierigkeiten gab.

prima huis, eenvoudig maar alles is er. veel ruimte, zeker als je de hond mee neemt. mooi uitzicht op de zee, ligt wel een snelweg tussen. mooie grote tuin met bloemenstruilken en citroen bomen. vriendelijke ontvangst en aardige eigenaar.

Sauber ist anders

Diese Unterkunft ist für Leute die keinen hohen Standard erwarten .Außer eine rolle Klopapier war nichts da. Töpfe und Pfannen sind dreckig oder verbeult. Überall kleine Ameisen. Die Duscharmatur ist lose. Die schmale steile Hofeinfahrt ist nicht für größere Autos geeignet. Die Autobahn die 200m am Haus vorbeiführt ist laut und nervig. Plus punkt für dieses Objekt ist die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und das komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück für Hunde.

wenn man den Blick auf das Meer über den Lärm der Autobahn ( an den man sich aber gewöhnt) stellt. Sehr netter, englisch sprechender Gastgeber, großes eingezäuntes Grundstück, Zitronen darf man pflücken, sehr steile Auffahrt, die etwas Geschick erfordert, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausfüge nach San Remo, Nizza, Monaco, kleiner aber feiner Strand in San Lorenzo,in Imperia gibt es einen Hundestrand, insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub mit Hund

Wir fühlen uns genauso so wohl wie zu Hause. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und sollte doch etwas fehlen steht der Vermieter zu jeder Zeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Reisetipps: Immer Mittwochs der Markt in Imperia.Freitags der Markt in San Stefano, klein aber fein.Abendessen am Hafen in Imperia, wunderschönes Ambiente, Dolce Vita wie wir es uns vorstellen.Mal schnell nach Monaco, Casino ,Rennstrecke und der Hafeneinfach schön anzusehen.
