Best staff I've interacted with at a stay. Super accommodating, especially for birthday decorations. Jess was very friendly and was always available for any questions/requests. Would highly recommend a stay here!

The room was exactly as it was pictured! The rain shower was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend to others looking to travel to PR. It was in close proximity to several dining establishments, the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. The concierge, hostess, front desk attendant Jess was super friendly and helpful. The only bummer, the on-site restaurant is under renovation.

Front staff was lovely and accommodating when they were there. All services shut down and would continue. I contacted their number and they assured me I would be able to check out 1 day early and have a credit to that last night so I booked my flight and went back and forth between Expedia and the hotel 4x before taking off. Neither side honored the credit to the last night I was promised.

Room was perfect for a getaway. Staff were so attentive and courteous. Coffee shop is a street down so I Walgreens in walking distance. Toilet was my only issue it moved every time we sat down ,more towels would be great ! Would stay here again for my next visit !

We booked a stay here for 5 days. The property had false advertising, there is no bar, the room is tiny and smelled like mildew and was not clean. The staff seemed bothered by any requests such as maid service and gave no options to change to a different room at any point in our stay or even honor our free room upgrade. The power was out in the gym area for most of our stay and our room for a short period. There are no amenities and the pictures are misleading. No microwave, iron, dressers or telephone in the room. The bathroom is only a toilet and sink the shower is in the bedroom and no staff on site after 10 pm. I would not stay here again.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. It rained the entire time so we never got to use the pool. It would be nice if the bathroom had a place to hang your hand towels.

This suite was really nice and peaceful! The staff was extremely nice we had this very sweet lady (can’t remember her name sorry) for all except one day for our stay and she was literally the sweetest and always accommodating! Room was clean and the overall place was peaceful. My cons would be parking they have street parking and on the weekends it feels up quick. Also the water in the shower only gets warm never really hot. Other than that I would definitely still stay there again!

My stay at The Weekender by Otium was great. The overall hotel is clean and the staff is professional and very friendly. My room, Garita 2, was clean and spacious and equipped with the essentials. I love all of the greenery from the plants and the music playing around the hotel. The only thing I would change is the showerhead, it had water all over the bathroom floor, and the hot water wasn’t as hot as I like. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Great experience. The bar was being remodeled, but they still set up a make shift bar. Jess was amazing!! She even made sure I had a birthday treat. Great location. You can walk to the beach, and even La Placita. Great restaurants are also close. Room was nice too. Will definitely stay here again!!

"We had a wonderful experience at The Weekender. From start to finish, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The staff members were incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to provide helpful information about the area. ​The hotel was clean, which we really appreciated. The best part? The location! There is so much to eat and do within walking distance. We spent most of our time exploring on foot and felt completely safe the entire time. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

We were fortunate to land a room here after being stranded when air space was closed over PR and the Carib. Jess at reception was so cheerful and helpful. The location is excellent too: a bakery on the next block, the beach just a short walk, and lots of dining options. The common space was very cool and we lived getting serenaded by the fronts every night!
