Welcome to our charming boho 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a private garden!



Step into cozy comfort and instantly feel at home. Our versatile space can be adapted to your needs, whether you're seeking a retreat or a base for exploring the vibrant streets of this historic city and more.



Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a plant-covered porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. A more private, intimate patio awaits you out back, tucked away to provide a serene oasis surrounded by our relaxing garden.



Our cozy abode is the perfect place to stay, offering a versatile space that can be adapted to your needs. The office couch is an exceptionally comfortable fold-out bed, making it an ideal workspace while still having access to the beach and city of Old San Juan, along with our fully equipped kitchen where you can channel your inner chef and whip up delicious meals at home. Please let us know in advance if you'll require the sofa bed.



For added convenience, we provide a washing machine, allowing you to freshen up your clothes during your stay. While we don't have a dryer machine, the warm Puerto Rican breeze will gently air dry your laundry quickly with the provided drying rack.



And speaking of warm weather, since this is the tropics, you may encounter our little buzzing friends, mosquitoes. But don't worry, we've got a solution! Just turn on the AC apparently, they don’t like the cold. It's our way of giving them the cold shoulder, pun intended!



Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk away, our apartment offers easy access to the beach El Escambron, where you can swim, surf, and snorkel. Enjoy the sun, swim in crystal-clear waters, or relax in the sand. This space is perfect for families, friends, or work trip escapes!

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
