Apartment 2:
This apartment includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a private roof deck, and patio, perfect for a cup of coffee or wine. Fully air-conditioned with smart TVs and all the essentials, you will feel right at home. Enjoy our spacious new rooftop! The apartment is joined with another on the same floor. When united, the whole second floor will be private for you and your group.
Apartment 3:
This unit includes two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a queen bed, and the second bedroom offering two double beds. Along with a spacious living room featuring a large dining table and all the essentials, you will feel right at home.
Step outside to our landscaped courtyard, where you can enjoy a refreshing breeze from Condado Lagoon National Park Jaime Benitez, located right next to our building.
In the heart of the tourist-friendly Condado zone, you can easily walk to Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and the vibrant La Placita with its trendy bars and restaurants. Convenience stores like Walgreens and CVS are just a short walk from your doorstep.
Parking is available upon request, ensuring convenience during your stay! For your laundry needs, a coin laundry room with wash cycles at $2.00 and dryers at $3.00 is available, including coins upon request and complimentary laundry detergent.
Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments.

Please note that a 7% government tax is required for all short-term rentals. You have the option to pay it cash upon arrival, or I can add it to the reservation, in which case Airbnb will add their service charge. Please advise on your preference.

If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
