「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.」

「Found this hidden gem and so glad we did. The location was perfect and the room was charming and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff even accommodated a last minute upgrade the day of check in. Above and beyond, truly professional and friendly. We will be back. 」

「Located near both the fortresses and the center of the old town. Walking around the inn will make you easily enjoy sea breeze, ocean view and the heritages, though only a room faces a road. The inn is well decorated with paints, statutes and antique furniture. When you stay here, it should be also noted that the breakfast is free only for breads and coffee; you need to pay additional USD 5 to 11 if you want to have scrambled eggs, omelette, orange juice etc.」
