"A pleasant stay in a comfortable and well-equipped B and B 10 mins from the town centre while walking the Via Francigena. You can also get an evening meal cooked for you and there is the usual Italian style breakfast."

"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies.
The cons of the hotel:
The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...

"Apartment was nicely and newly furnished and very central only a few minutes walk from the central area. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was provided at the coffee shop round the corner. "

"The staff downstairs at the cafe were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Walking was really easy to restaurants and train station."

"We were just there for the night but we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and in a really good area, lots of options for dinner, coffee or drinks. It was really close to train station too. Definitely will stay here again."

"Inexpensive at 63 Euros. Difficult to find on Waze. Need to call staff to check in who came in 5 minutes.
Convenient to main pedestrian area. Steep stairs up from street. Room is rather tight fit with double bed. Nearby parking lot is free overnight but local hoods offer "protection". I paid them 3 Euros."

"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. Assistance if needed is by phone. Small shops and restaurants are only blocks away. We...

"The only thing that wasn't the best about the place was the wifi speed. Everything else was great. The Lucio bent over backwards to help me out with anything I needed, the place looks really cool and it's all very comfortable, and literally right by the train station."

"The room was spotless! The receptionist took his time to provide more information on local bus transportation to Monte Sant’Angelo. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from Padre Pio sanctuary. They offer free breakfast with decent options. "
"Best hotel ever! Very close to everything shrine, bus, and restaurants! The front desk, the lady, black long hair (sorry forgot her name but this was on Nov. 19 in the afternoon) she assisted us very friendly and helpful. The hotel-comfortable bed and clean room. "
"The staff were very accomodating. We were given an upgrade to larger room when our initial room was too small for our family. Was very impressed with their service, location was great and compliments to Biagio in the restaurant. We arrived to breakfast just as they were finishing up, but they were so accomodating and welcomed us all the same. Going the extra mile. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back again. Thank you. "
"The place is awful. It is NOTHING like the listing indicates! The room needed repairs & had nothing but a horrible old bed to sit on. It was cold, dark & depressing. There were dogs running all around the place & mating right in front of the room! Chickens, ducks & roosters crowing frim 3am on! NO free breakfast. No one soeaks English! The food in the restaurant is disgusting! In the middle if nowhere with nothing in walking distance & no public transportation. Like being on a farm with a bunch of Italian hillbillies!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!"
"Parking was a challenge, the garage at the back of the hotel was located in an awkward way and parking in the garage with limited space was somewhat difficult but had no choice, otherwise, everything was great."
