The customer service was above and beyond, especially Lea who was incredibly helpful from before I even checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Pool and gym area were nice. Breakfast was actually amazing. Very nice hotel but the customer service here is what really shines. 10/10 would recommend and come back next time I am in the Philippines "
