This fully furnished and beachy apartment is located about 2 blocks, or a 6 minute walk, from the Pacific Ocean! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a private patio and yard to ensure you can bask in the in San Diego sun without even leaving the property.

Everything one would need to vacation in Ocean Beach will be provided, including bedding, coffee, towels, dishes and flatware, and everything else you would expect to find in a vacation rental near the beach.

Guests have the entire home to themselves. The parking garage is for one vehicle, the laundry, yard, and patio are exclusive to my renters.

With easy access to Downtown, San Diego International Airport, and one of the most famous surf breaks at Sunset Cliffs, this location is in high demand for vacation renters!

You can walk to anywhere in Ocean Beach at this home!

Great location frat house
This house was in a great location for us. You can walk to sunset cliffs and down the hill to where all the shops are. Having the garage to park was super because the roads filled up every night. We really found the house to be very dirty. The trim was dusty, floors were sandy, the bathroom could use some love, and the Furness was very dusty. The table and chairs were not what we're pictured, we had a tall table which didn't work for us. That same table and chairs were broken and loose. The dishes were unorganized in the cabinets. You can also see daylight through the outside doors. Just felt like I stayed the night at my college aged brothers house. A bit over priced for the condition.

Great location so walkable
Perfect for a quick getaway. Brought our bikes too. Only disappointment was the propane was out when we went to use it the last evening. I’m sure that won’t happen again.

Good value
Lots of reviews saying “needs updating”, “shabby chic” and so on. Yes a bit of decorative updating wouldn’t do any harm. But had everything we needed, everything worked, when you walk around the neighbourhood there are lots of similar properties. Great location within walking distance of main locations in OB. Most importantly really good value in one of the most expensive real estate areas in the US. We had a great time, thanks!

This house was clean comfortable with a full kitchen. The location was a great central spot for us to walk to O.B., restaurants & Sunset Cliffs. We enjoyed our week!

The pictures are great but the reality is very different
While the cottage looks great in the pictures, the owner doesn’t show you the pealing paint, the broken shelves, the rusted bathtub or the broken chairs for the patio. The furniture looks good but the throw pillows are filthy, stained and grubby. There’s no glassware for a glass of wine or a cocktail. No blender for tropical beverages in paradise. The Weber grill is so filthy that I never used it, the ice maker is not working and the owner obviously knows about it because there were ice cube trays in the freezer. If you’re going to charge premium prices then the property should be in top condition. The light switch is broken in the second bedroom and although the fan works it’s inconvenient to put on the bedside lamp The window curtains are installed backwards and forwards, no rhyme nor reason to the inconstancies. NEVER AGAIN will we stay there. Already planning our September trip in 2024 and we will go somewhere else in OB. Absolutely not worth the money for your vacation.
