A fully furnished SEASONAL rental (Dec 15ish to May 15ish) in the prestigious Del Prado, a 16 story mid rise on the NW corner of Balboa Park at the trisection of Balboa Park, Bankers Hill and Hillcrest. It is a historically significant example of post modern architecture and is on the Mills Registry for the state of California. Our remodeled unit is on the 14th floor with floor to ceiling windows that run the entire length of the 1700 sq foot unit and provide stunning views from every room. On site amenities include a 24 hour door man, a fully stocked weight room, a library, a large community room with views of the park, and 2 parking spaces. Balboa park is right out the loby's front door while restaurants, bars, cafes, theater and Whole Foods are within walking distance. We are 5 minutes from the San Diego Zoo and park museums, 10 minutes to downtown San Diego, the Gas Lamp, the Marina District and Little Italy. San Diego has excellent transportation and the 6 avenue bus lines are one street over. Please reach out with any questions.
