"Had a great stay at Omni San Diego! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.
The only downside was the service from some of the staff, particularly at the front desk. It seemed that whenever we asked a question, the answer was immediately “no,” and there was little effort made to be helpful or provide additional information. Even when it felt like they could have assisted, they didn’t seem very willing to do so.
On the other hand, the valet team was outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay"
