There were a few issues that’s bothered my stay at this property. 1. Sports teams. We were unable to utilize the pool and hot tub as planned. Each time we attempted to visit the facility there were loud, dirty, rambunctious teens jumping , splashing, screaming derogatory remarks towards others, with hardly any adult supervision. This was all 4 days of trying to visit the pool. We got so grossed out each time and went back to our room. 2. Last night before dusk, there were two police officers right infront my car arresting a male, handcuffed while his car was being rummaged. Also if you park near the pool area where there’s bushes, you will also find a few homeless or just weirdos coming out. We felt very unsafe and wanted to relocate but due to holiday it seemed impossible. 3. 4th floor noise level after midnight. Again these sports teams have no consideration. They should be placed in a separate floor. I had very high expectations since it’s a Marriott property. Sadly none of these were met.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very kind. The hotel room had food underneath the heat/cool unit. When housekeeping came to the room they left the bed unmade but the linens in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was so clean and the staff very kind. My only complaint is parking was $30/day with no other options.

The most notable issue was the plumbing; the shower was clogged, which made showering uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, the bed was overly soft to the point of being unsupportive, contributing to a less restful night’s sleep in a room that was already compromised by excessive noise. This issue was exacerbated by the thin walls between adjoining rooms, which did little to provide privacy. The room’s air conditioning unit was both outdated and noisy. On a positive note, the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight in an otherwise underwhelming experience.

The view is beautiful all-around and it was a comfortable stay! On a side note, the Baristas were unfriendly, and did not even greet, or make eye contact. But other than that, looking forward to my next stay in the future.

The room was very clean and quiet, didn't spend much time at the hotel or surrounding area but the freeways were easily accessed. Would definetly stay here again.

The ac and heater unit is disgusting, filthy with bugs and dust, the bathroom wall vent filthy and the small refrigerator was not working and was full of ice build up. For $201 a night is ridiculous! The lobby was full of screaming kids. The cafe isn't open late enough.
