  • Perfect for a romantic getaway, Karla’s South Corner Condo is a 1BR/1BA retreat with one of the best views on the east side of Sail Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony offer 180° views of Mission Bay, sunsets, and bay activities—kite-boarders, sailboats, water skiers, and more. The open living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sleeper sofa for additional guests.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and real wood cabinets—perfect for dining in. The bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. Coin-operated laundry is conveniently located down the hall. Optional portable AC units are available for rent—please contact us to reserve.

    Enjoy the private balcony with electric grill and seating for two, or take the two provided complimentary bikes to explore the boardwalk and Mission Beach.
