「Lo único que hizo cómoda nuestra estadía fue Xiomara la encargada de la propiedad (vive en la guardiania). Pero las fotos no enseñan lo fea y vieja que está la casa. Queda pegada al lado de otra casa que están casi conectadas. Reservaron esa casa a parte y pusieron la música a todo volumen, entonces la última noche no dormimos nada. No la recomiendo si están acostumbrados a una casa bonita en airbnb o vrbo. Aunque está a la orilla de la playa, el mar es muy bravo, así que no se pueden meter.」

「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. 「We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.」

「Very relaxing. The hotel was 5 star very helpful and the food was amazing. However the beach is very rocky I took a 5 min Uber to playa San blas and it was amazing beach.」

「We absolutely loved our stay there! We will definitely stay there again next time we come. The entire staff was friendly and very attentive especially Aurora she was the best! The property is beautifully designed and so convenient since everyone gets their own villa with a parking spot. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. It also was a quick drive away from the shopping center and from any food places.」

「Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.」

「Great location, great staff, easy access」

「I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but...
