「We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.」

The property is beautifully designed and so convenient since everyone gets their own villa with a parking spot. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. 「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...
