About this property

Cosy apartment with WIFI, pool, TV, pets allowed and panoramic view, close to Greve In Chianti

Beautiful farming estate comprising 6 restored units situated on the Chianti hills, a short distance from the village of Mercatale (with general stores) and 22 km from Florence away. This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
Distances: Mercatale with general stores 4 km away, San Casciano 10 km, Greve in Chianti 12 km away, Florence (airport and railway station) 22 km away, San Gimignano 37 km, Siena 60 km away, Arezzo 90 km, Pisa (airport) 92 km away, Lucca 95 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large outdoor areas, garden, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,25 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10) with panoramic views, barbecue, playground for children with swing. We visited villa in the end of May with a group of 32 people and had there a great wedding party. Rooms were nice and clean, with a possibility to cook, make coffee. Most of the time we spent next to the pool, water temperature was nice refreshing, panorama was excellent. Villas managers were super friendly and ready to help if we needed some help. We also booked a wedding dinner that was tasty and again really great service! Would definitely like to go back there! :)

We had a lovely stay in Tenuta 4 - the apartment was really well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the communal spaces were beautiful. We were well looked after by Salvatore and Anna, and we hope to return soon.
