「I cannot rate the room amenities. I do not recommend this hotel! I made my reservation through Expedia 2 weeks before the date.We arrived early and sent a message to their 24/7 desk to ask if we could check in early. We had our pet with us and we had already been driving for 8 hours. No one replied until 10 minutes before check in. At that time they told us they didnt have a room for us. 「My stay at this hotel was okay overall. The cleanliness of the room was some way decent. I say that because I could see dirt in some areas of the floor. The air conditioning was great. My only problem with my stay was the noise at night. Noise coming from the street and inside the hotel hallway.」

「La razón principal por la que no regresaría es porque las dos noches, otros huéspedes estuvieron haciendo mucho escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche y a pesar de que nos quejamos no hubo ninguna atención por parte del personal del hotel.」

「Me fui muy contenta del servicio y las habitaciones una maravilla en limpieza y comodidad. Fue agradable la experiencia con mi familia. Tiene servicio al cuarto que eso es un punto a favor ya que pocos lo tienen. Excelente servicio de cocina, muy rico todo.」

「La habitación estuvo cómoda, aunque tuvimos problemas con la TV ya que no se veía a color, solo en blanco y negro, el personal brindó buena atención. Me agradó que el hotel tiene buena ubicación y logramos recorrer parte de la ciudad a pie, un punto a considerar es que el estacionamiento es pequeño y sujeto a disponibilidad.」

「El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, habitación limpia, sin embargo, el personal del restaurante tenia la música muy alta hasta las 11:30 pm y no podíamos descansar, hablaban muy fuerte, se escuchaban los ruidos de la cocina. Requieren que alguien los supervise.」
