Nice place

The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues. Outside of that, it was great.

Everyone was very polite, the room services and house keeping we're great. However every time i went to my room the key had to be re programmed. And they didn't have any towels the first night I was there even after I mentioned it to front desk!

Check in was very disappointing. The didn’t give you your room until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready. They wanted to charge more for an early check in. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! Other hotels will allow you to check in if the room is ready when you arrive.

Primero, no me dieron la habitación reservada. Segundo, el hotel necesita mantenimiento, las tollas son deprimentes. Tercero, en una zona cafetalera, uno espera mínimo tener café en la habitación. Me lo cobraron aparte, no hubiera importado, pero pretendieron volver a cobrarlo tocando en la habitación a las 23:00 Cuarto, solicite una pluma y un papel y no había, era mas fácil pedir una computadora.

La verdad el hotel a decaido muchisimo dejan mucho que desear a loque era antes las planchas malisimas que ni calientan y ni hablar de que ya no ponen cafe para prepararse solo tienen la cafetera de adorno en la habitación,necesitan modernizar las instalaciones xq esa es otra las puertas con esas chapas viejisimas que demora horas en abrir xq el sensor no lee la tarjeta en fin ojala tomen los consejos

La razón principal por la que no regresaría es porque las dos noches, otros huéspedes estuvieron haciendo mucho escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche y a pesar de que nos quejamos no hubo ninguna atención por parte del personal del hotel.

Los meseros en el desayuno no dan un buen servicio, están rebasados y algunos hasta de mala gana. El desayuno no malo, pero no puedes decir que está bueno, simplemente no malo. La habitación no tiene teléfono y tiene corres frecuentes de energía eléctrica, no hay wi fi, así que este no puede considerarse un hotel de 3 estrellas, como se presentan. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí.
