1. Sound of Silence is a newly renovated cottage with a splendid sea view garden that will make your holiday relaxing and of the highest quality. The private parking, the equipped and finely maintained outdoor space frame a view that allows you to see Cornig

Vernazza

"The Sound of Silence was great, very rustic and nice and big and included was some food and milk to get us started so we were able to have breakfast every day at the vrbo. The washing machine was great as we had some laundry to do in the middle of our Italian holiday. I would only rent this place if you have a car as we did not and there were not taxis or Ubers in Bellagio, and it is quite the hike up the mountain! It has such great hiking in the area and we just loved Cinque Terre!!"

Top San Bernardino Hotel Reviews

A balcony with two beds, a view of the sea, and a railing.

Madüneta 5 Terre Guesthouse

Vernazza

10/10 Excellent

To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

5 Terre Pelagos 2

Riomaggiore

10/10 Excellent

5TP was A++. Loris, our point of contact at the hotel was amazing. The service she provided was well above what you'd expect at the price point. From welcoming us, to her suggestions, to the check out process... flawless. She was clearly passionate about giving us the best experience. Info with directions for arrival were clear and simple. Some poor reviews mention the amount of walking and number of stairs to reach the location. Visiting Cinque Terre, one would hope there is already an...

Pensione Sorriso

Vernazza

10/10 Excellent

Highly recommend Pensione Sorriso for a stay in Vernazza. Evelyn was a wonderful host and went beyond expectations in helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel has a bright breakfast area/lobby and a nice patio/garden to enjoy. We stayed in a room with a private bath and balcony. Although no sea view from the rooms, there is one from the patio and the sea is only a two or three minute walk from the hotel.

88 Miglia

La Spezia

10/10 Excellent

(We traveled 9 days in Italy during what locals called the "off season" from March 6th to March 17th, 2015). We traveled from the U.S. 88 Miglia was spectacular. The best view in all of La Spezia. The hike to the hotel took us through a nice neighborhood with cool views. The owners were so nice and welcomed us well. We took the local train to Manarola and Riomaggiore in the Cinque Terre area (very close to La Spezia). We would visit 88 Miglia again!

La Finestra sul Golfo Affittacamere

La Spezia

10/10 Excellent

Great location with gorgeous views and the room had everything we hoped for. The host Daniela was so sweet and welcoming. She is a great resource for figuring out what to see and how to see it. Easy access to cinque terre and the town of La spezia. Outstanding pizzeria right up the hill. Only gripe, make sure to check if the room you are booking has a stand up shower (not just a tub with a spray nozzle).

Elizabeth

Il Murice B&B

Vezzano Ligure

10/10 Excellent

I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. We will be back!

Agriturismo Locanda del Papa

La Spezia

10/10 Excellent

We booked this room based on the reviews and ratings this B&B received on Expedia. We were not disappointed with our choice. A beautiful location nestled in the hills above La Spezia. It is both a nature retreat and a great strategic location for visiting the Cinque Terre area in Italy. Its quaint but extremely satisfying as it provides a respite from the crowds and noise of the Cinque Terre tourist attraction. Located above La Spezia you have easy access via bus to train station. Giovanni Rooms Manarola

What a lovely place to stay! Manarola is small and there weren't a lot of options as it really is a residential town. The owner met us when we got there and took us up to our newly renovated room. Our window overlooked the street on route to the water as well as the water. It was GREAT! We could see all the pastel buildings and the crystal blue water! Everything was new in the room and bathroom. Just know ahead of time that you must pay in cash- they don't take credit cards. There is an ATM in...
