"The owner of this gite lives on-site and apparently has his place of business there as well. As per numerous signs in the gite, guests are not allowed to have visitors and are instructed to confine themselves indoors or in the dismal communal barbecue area, some 70 meters away, including stairs. There is a small table and six chairs, plus two armchairs, to be shared by the occupants of the three gites. "We had a wonderful stay at the stone house! Sara was great to work with. She made sure we were prepared for our stay and arrival. The character in the house was just what I was looking for. The house was so clean and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches Sara had in the house. There are a lot of steps to the house, but we felt it was worth it!"

"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"Pros: La posizione dell’appartamento di fronte al lago, primo piano in un edificio molto caratteristico. Sembrava di stare in un bellissimo borgo antico. Cons: Unica pecca non c’è l’aria condizionata ma fortunatamente hanno lasciato un ventilatore molto potente che ci ha permesso di soggiornare un po’ più freschi. Appartamento pulitissimo e servito di tutto. Organizzerò sicuramente un prossimo soggiorno in questa struttura."

"Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet in the hills. "

"Wow! This is a magnificent hotel in every way! It is beautiful, luxurious and filled with old world elegance. Our room was beautiful with lovely views of the lake. The breakfast was one of the most expansive and delicious spreads that I’ve seen. I could not recommend this more highly!"
