The house is in a very quiet residential urbanization where families live and work doing their daily life. The house has an area of 103 m2. a terrace of 45 m2 and an inner courtyard of 13m2. The property consists on the first floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, patio and a large garden terrace with plants, table and chairs for outdoor dining or an aperitif.



Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, one double bedroom suite, bathroom and large closet, two double bedrooms with two beds each. In one of these bedrooms the beds are convertible into a double bed, and a second bathroom with shower. This floor also has a small wooden hut, hung, which is accessed by a wooden staircase, as a place of isolation and work.



It has amenities that will ensure you a wonderful stay on your vacation such as Wifi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, oven and microwave.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, it is composed of duplex houses, sheltered from the street by tall buildings.



It has all the necessary services around such as supermarket, cafes, restaurants, stationery stores, pharmacies, gym, urban park south, tennis courts / paddle tennis, soccer, amusement park, market.



If you like walking or cycling, you can go to the beach by the promenade that is next to the ravine, you will reach the Maspalomas pond (where you can observe different migratory birds) and the beach of the Faro de Maspalomas.

The property is perfect for cyclists, with space to store bikes and a access ramp.

The urbanization has 2 entrances, one with a staircase and the other with a ramp.

Inside the property there are stairs to access the bedrooms.
