AC was questionable...humidity issues. room was nice but needed things repaired. We are not high maintenance, but housekeeping should replace towels, and the sink should not be backed up when we arrived.

The room was clean but definitely had a extremely strong men's musk cologne type smell in it, which made you think they might be hiding something as far as cleanliness, or mold scent or something like that. The hotel parking was crazy, for me because they claimed to have parking for oversized vehicles ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
All the restaurants except for one are at the sister location. Feel like that is deceiving. The pool and fire pit closed several times due to weather. Just felt like we had to leave the property to enjoy our weekend.
