Located in a serene neighborhood, our charming 2 bedroom residence is ready to welcome you with a harmonious mix of comfort and practicality. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the master bedroom boasts a queen sized bed while the second bedroom features another queen bed, suitable for friends and family.

Relax in the inviting living room, equipped with a smart TV, indulge in home made meals from the fully stocked kitchen, or have some fun playing ping pong in the game area.
No events or parties.
Any of these will be against our rules and will result in cancellation and a starting fine of $500.

Determining damages will result in additional fees.

Great Oyster Bake Stay

We chose this location for proximity to St Marys and Oyster Bake. It was perfect we could see the fireworks from the backyard at night. Everything was as advertised and we had a very nice and easy stay. The only amenity I missed was a coffee maker. We would/will stay here again! It was perfect for us and our needs.we were close to Dutch bros and got our coffee fix there.

Beutiful home away from home

I stayed here for work, and it was a great place to relax after a long day. It had all the amenities you need away from home without having tp pack them, and a nice outdoor space to hangout. I would stay here again if work brought me out in this area again.

The neighborhood dont look the best but for the days we was there neighbors seemed friendly never had any issues. Concerns i have would be the beam that goes across the room is definitely falling but they assured us it was not a concern. Found a smokey in our nightstand apon arrivle which im not ok with considering we have little kidsBut other than those things the stay was great. Could use a tv in the kids room. The remote went out in our bedroom and the manager had one there with in a couple of hours. There is a walmart close byYou are only within 10 mins of everything if the road construction aint horrible if they are out there working you are about 30 mins away lolOver all it was a decent stay

Basic Place to Stay

The listing title "Lakeside Paradise Modern Home" is misleading. This home is several blocks from the lake, and it is not a modern home. This is an older house that is quite dated. The inside was relatively clean, but other than some relatively new vinyl floors there have been not major updates to the interior or exterior in a number of years. The furniture is appears to be from Amazon Basics, and the curtains are pretty basic, too. They definitely are not room darkening curtains. The beds are basic Ikea like frames with 5 inch pieces of foam for mattresses.Other than 3 small (8 x 10) pictures in each bedroom, the walls are pretty stark and bare. The living room and dining room has some basic furniture, but those rooms are pretty empty otherwise. None of the furniture is comfortably enough to sit and visit or to work on a computer for an extended period.The kitchen has some basic dishes and cookware, but it is pretty sparse. What pans that are in the kitchen appear to be quite used, and there not a complete set of dinnerware or silverware. The appliances in the kitchen are basic and old, too.One of the bathroom doors drags on the floor, so it cannot be closed completely. Neither the front nor the back doors has adequate locks, and they do not completely seal when they are closed.If you are looking for a basic, no frills place to stay, this property will probably work for you. If you are looking for paradise by the lake, perhaps you should keep looking.

Terrible

Was not able to access the property. Had confirmation, check-in procedures and key pad code. Could not access the property with the code. Called host and sent texts, no response at all. Had to make hotel reservations. Arrived at the property; the house is located in questionable neighborhood with homeless people around, Grass and weeds overgrown in the yard. Worst place I've ever rented.

Cute house

Inside of this house is really cute. The neighborhood is not so great though. We didn’t have any problems but I kept the doors locked and the gates closed. We did have an issue with the plumbing while there but the management team took care of it immediately. I’d definitely stay at their properties again but maybe a different neighborhood.
