「Good place to relax and enjoy the view」

「Pros: We got refunded Cons: The photos online are very misleading. The property looked much more like a motel than a hotel. At first glance the room appeared clean, but once we looked around it was obvious it wasn’t. The floors were filthy, there were black hairs everywhere—in the bedding, on the sheets, and throughout the room—and there was even food left on the floor. 「When we initially arrived at the hotel It was 3pm. There was no one in the Lobby at all there was a sign to ring bell and another said check in at 4 and to call for help. We tried both and no one answered either. We left decided to return at 4 pm. We arrived back 4:15pm still no one working the desk. There were other people waiting to.
