The hotel staff were very helpful, including arranging a taxi for me. It was a very good stay.

Disliked: Staff & service
Property informed us they no longer take bookings through Expedia. Do not book on here. Didn't have our booking and staff were not apologetic, didn't seem to care we'd turned up at midnight and had no hotel. Didn't care we'd pre-paid on card and were uninterested in trying to refund us. Stayed one night (paid in cash) as they luckily had a room available, breakfast was then only available for half our party despite us asking in advance if we should pre-book breakfast. Location is good, room fine. Book on another site or be prepared to turn up and potentially not have a room.

Staff need to get more information about the city and all events are going around, they like to help you out, they don’t have enough information.
