「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「All was pleasant, clean, good and reasonably priced. One of the best in the area」

「Fantastic hotel that provides great view of the Galleria bay, with a room up in the tree and an outside balcony that allows to experience the beauty of nature in an ideal setting.」

「The food at the buffet was very good, however due to the buffet area not being enclosed flies were an issue near the food. Communication with the staff was near impossible for Americans due to the staff only speaking Spanish. The Spa service was exceptional. The Fusion restaurant was very good. Walking by the pool area when wet was extremly hazzardous due to the ground being slippery.」
