Private beach and private pool house in Samana, Dominican Republic!

The house is part of Las Pascualas Beach Resort is a gated community with it's own private beach, private pool as well as a shared pool, a small ice cream place and 24 hours security. Our house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and one super comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom on the second floor has two bunk beds and a queen bed, the other two bedrooms have each a queen bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, three air conditioners and hot water. The house has an amazing wrap around porch with hammocks and great seating, there is also an umbrella with six additional chairs. We also has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, wood cooking and an outdoor sink. The house is two minutes away walking distance from the beach and right in front of the pool.

Honeymoon & Birthday

We had a wonderful time visiting Samana and surrounding areas to celebrate recently getting married and an upcoming milestone bday for my husband. We loved the location and the house! The host was very responsive and we communicated for over a month on details leading up to the trip. She even helped me arrange a cake delivery as a surprise for my hubby. There is a private beach with a tiki bar and karaoke we also got to enjoy! Location is close to a ton of beautiful spots or enjoyable without even leaving the neighborhood. We will be back!

We had an amazing time! Katy our host was fabulous. She answered many questions for us both before our trip & while we were there. She arranged a private tour guide & advised us on tours. She arranged a private dinner at our house & a box of Dominican cigars for my future son-in-law’s birthday. The small private pool was also a real treat. I will point out that we wanted a vacation in the DR & not a luxury all inclusive retreat. The condo was not luxurious but it was spotless & very comfortable with everything you would need. The community was gated & had security so we felt very safe. The community was older but in the midst of refurbishment. If you want more of an immersive experience with the Dominican culture I highly recommend Katy’s Condo!
