「Our host, Nicki, was amazing!! The beach house was everything she said it was, absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, close to the beach, great views of ocean and the sound behind us,and could see Bodie Island lighthouse from back deck. Our family felt at home here, everything was clean, comfortable, we loved all the little touches she made to make it incredible. She was a clear communicator from beginning to end, no surprises, which I personally appreciate in a person. The kitchen was stocked...

「This property was very clean and spacious for the two of us. It was very close to the ocean (we could see the ocean from the upper deck and could hear the waves most of the time). Even though we did not use some of the amenities (hot tub, did not use the kitchen much) they were there and available. Parking was amble (truck, trailer, and motorcycle). The host (Tyler) was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend this property」

「The property is what it looks like. The best location! You are on the beach. The deck is amazing, we spent so much time out there and on the beach. The communication was lacking. The place had many minor defects. If that is something that bothers you probably not the place for u. For us it was worth the trade off to be on the beach.」
