Muito ruim, dar pra ouvir tudo o que o quarto vizinho tá falando. Banho ruim, torneira muito forte, não tem controle de pressão. Não se hospedem nesse hotel, é muito ruim, não vale a pena, só tem beleza externa, intendo é ruim. Obs: o café da manhã não tem variações, mas é bom.

Excelente custo benefício nessa estadia! Queríamos algo próximo à região do Salvador Shopping (fica muito próximo ao shopping) e que tivesse uma mini cozinha. Esse hotel atendeu super bem todas as nossas expectativas, não espere que é um luxo de hotel, mas é um hotel que entrega tudo o que se espera de um bom hotel e com um preço sensacional! Gostamos muito e nos hospedaríamos novamente nesse hotel! Só elogios!

Achei muito ruim O meu quarto o ar condicionado estava pingando, a porta do banheiro não estava abrindo. Nos trocaram de quarto, porém esse quarto era menor, o banheiro só comportava uma pessoa. Achei os quartos velhos. O café da manhã básico do básico, enfim só a localização que era boa .

Quarto espaçoso, tem microondas o q ajuda mto. Banheiro pequeno. O quarto q fiquei o ar-condicionado antigo com cheiro de mofo. Mas, há outros quartos com ar-condicionado novo. Café da manhã não é bom. Além de demorar muito a repor os produtos q acabam rápido , pq colocam pouca quantidade. Localização para quem vai a trabalho é excelente. Garagem eito boa. Sou da cidade. Meu ap estava em obras e fiquei dois dias no hotel. Gostei. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, andar alto, muito silencioso, hotel bem localizado. Recomendaria apenas a troca dos colchões pois já estão afundados. Senti dor nas costas. Virei ao contrário e amenizou, mas já está na hora de trocar.

If the service doesn't improve I will change hotel

I usually stay at least 5 days a month at this hotel. I like it mainly because of its location. However, I have noticed that the quality of the service has been declining recurrently. This time, I had the following problems: - The TV remote control did not work - The hair dryer was faulty - Three days without hot water in the shower - Although the room was reserved for 2 people, there was only one set of towels. I always notice that the staff are willing, but not very efficient. The response I received about the problem of the lack of hot water was very vague. Nothing was done to solve this problem. The last few times I stayed at this hotel, I had problems very similar to those I described above. I confess that I am already starting to think about changing to another hotel nearby (Intercity).
