「This property is HUGE.. my fiancée and I had plenty of room for the two of us. We will be renting again in the near future for the Seafood Festival and additional vacations. The location is perfect, as we were only 7 minutes away from the festival. The check-in and overall process were immaculate, clean, and had plenty of towels, and wash clothes. We never had to ask for anything additional for our vacation.

「The first couple days we noticed there were some shortcomings with the listing such as missing items that were listed as supplied, but not there. The previous guests left trash out by the street and there were items of trash throughout the backyard that needed to be picked up, so our dog would not eat them. The gas grill needs to be replaced and when we got there and went to use the grill the first night the gas tank was empty. The communication with the host was respectable. Missing beach...
