Das Hotel ist hübsch, hat insgesamt nur 37 Zimmer auf 2 Gebäude (plus 2 kleinen Cottages) verteilt. Die Einrichtung ist relativ schlicht und mutet mit seinen vielen Blautönen schon fast nordisch an. Eleganz mit Understatement. Dazu ein nettes, ebenfalls schlicht gehaltenes Restaurant mit Aussenterrasse am Pool, gutes Dinner, fantastisches Frühstück. Minus: Die Zimmertür bot weder Licht- noch...

「The most beautiful room we have ever had with stunning sea views and a great roof terrace that gets very busy. The only disappointment we had was the pool which is very small and in a public area without guest lounging space so we felt uncomfortable to use it. The breakfast was fantastic and great value as it was included and the breakfast restaurant area is beautiful, again with lovely views however service was very slow. 」

「The hotel located on the hill from where we can see nice view. Quiet with green field and river. The rooms are independent, clean, nice decorations with nice object. I took shower at the balcony outside, which was also nice. The dinner food is quite delicious, and breakfast is as well. I wanted to stay a few more days..」

「The rooms were spotless and the staff so friendly helpful and came across as they enjoyed there work . We would come back anytime . Maybe in a few years we will do a longer sray . Highly recommend . Its very central to all the bads and restarunt and also very conveint for the tour bus that takes ypu sight seeing up to table mountain and back down again really enjoyed that too . We were very happy . 」

「Nice room and comfy bed. A basic breakfast of bits in the fridge. Could have done with some bread, but it’s a small gripe, very quiet and fantastic views over the lagoon. Nice pool but rather brutal with a bare concrete finish. Very comfy sunbeds and brilliant views. About 1 km drive up a dirt path so plan on your food and drink provisions before arriving. 」

「The unit itself was very nice. Much farther from the beach than the picture show. It's also on the main street which is busy. Lots of street noise in late into the night.」

However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much 」

「In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa.」

「Self catering room in cottage pie needs a renovation . The windows lead onto the street,so this would make it a security issue if one would like to sit outside. The bedroom is dark and gloomy the bathroom had a broken light. The overall facilities and the staff were very good 」
