「3年程前にマンダリングループに売却されてしまったサンダンス・マウンテンリゾート ですが、当初のコンセプト通りの自然を愛でる空間ではあり、ロバート・レッドフォードのファンであれば聖地なのでは？と思います。所々に彼の気配が感じられて、レストランには、Bob's Beer があったりも。彼のファンであれば間違いなく注文してしまうでしょう　笑）。また早朝の空気は本当においしかったです！ しかし、施設のメンテナンスは少々難ありで、鍵が鍵穴から抜けなくなったり、朝早くには、水漏れはなかったか、設備業者がいきなり登場したりと落ち着きませんでした。またレストランから宿泊するコテージまでは指定しない限りは坂道往復となるので、飲酒したい我々は歩きで出かけたものの、真っ暗な道をスマホの明かりを頼りに向かう事となり。そして帰り道は山登り。と言うことで、まぁまぁの体力と方向感覚を要します。 いずれにしても、当地には車がなければたどり着けませんので、レンタカー利用は必須です。ソルトレイクから夕方着を目標に向かうと渋滞にかかり、予定の倍時間（2時間以上）を要しました。」
