"The room was absolutely filthy. Multiple long hairs in the bathtub and in the bathroom. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle. Large dark stains on the carpets. I felt really uncomfortable staying there, I wanted to leave. The only reason we didn’t leave because there was a massive amount of snow that night. I definitely wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else."

"Pool could have been a few degrees warmer. Staff were pleasent and very helpful. Ask for a printed copy of you receipt at the end of the stay.....we had several charges to our room for meals. When the staff checked receipts it was clearly not our signsture. They accomodated us and removed the extra charges."
