Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Do NOT book this service/host!!Absolutely horrible experience with this host. Booked months in advance, arrived at the apartment and was completely ghosted by the host despite numerous attempts to message and call the host. Clearly a scamming host. Had to contact the help service who also couldn’t get hold of the host. After numerous attempts the help service had to cancel our stay for the weekend which we had driven 5 hours for! Considering our long journey to get there and as 2 vulnerable women left helpless at night it was a horrific experience.
