On the main level, you'll find an open living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and an open-hearth fireplace solely for decorative purposes. This room also comes equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and provides access to the balcony. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, a kettle, and a microwave. It also includes a dining table and an exit leading to the balcony. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms, both with access to the garden. There is also a hip bath, a bidet, and a separate WC on this level. The house is equipped with gas heating, which is available from October 15th to April 15th. The floors are made of natural stone throughout the property.
