The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location. Quiet and luxurious, we spent two relaxing nights in this beautiful little cocoon..it was amazing, I highly recommend it..

Tellement parfait, un petit paradis !

Super cue hotel. Friendly staff. Great location.

What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!

Location staff cleanliness exceeds 3 star hotels and the location of the property allows access by foot to major attractions in Saint Pierre. Underground parking equally very useful.

Grandpa Pinpin was is the sweetest man I ever met. He runs the place and he keeps trying to communicate with you even if you don’t understand French. Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. Staying in this beautiful home in the fields of sugarcane to get a true experience. Also visit leader price market at the bottom of the street!

Good amenities, perfectly clean, we really enjoyed the pool and the spa.
