1500 m2の土地にある非常に美しい快適なヴィラは、スプルースの木に囲まれ、フェンスで囲まれた.spa /本物のジャグジー5か所にある、バーカバー付きのインターネットWifi専用温水安全プールが見渡せず、行き止まりになっています。

ビーチから自転車で20分、車で10分。
マリンスタイルでお迎えする3ベッドルーム
収容人数：ベッド3台140 +1ベビーベッド1台エキストラベッド1台90ソファベッド1台140
レンタルごとにドローシートを交換して、18 cmの良い寝具を保護します。
ベッドルームの1つ、トイレ、バスルームは無効になっています。
すべてが新しくて上品です。

自動塩水プールは、自動で7x3に加熱されます。 5半水没したビーチ（子供に適した深さ70 cm、幅1 mの浅い飛行機、それ以外の場合は水深1. 50 M）、35 m 2のイペデッキ（木材）のデッキチェア。
メンテナンスは不要です。専門家が各滞在の前に毎週清掃に来て、必要に応じて自由に使用できます。

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme. Le logement correspondait à l’annonce. La communication avec Claire et Sandrine s’est très bien passée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi, nous reviendrons très certainement !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (10 jours) dans cette belle et spacieuse maison au calme de la campagne. Le jardin est clos et sans vis à vis ce qui est parfait avec un chien et pour profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Des sentiers de randonnées dans les forêts de pins sont à peine à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison. Mme Guinouard, la personne qui nous accueille au début et à la fin du séjour est très gentille et serviable. Mme Rouy, la propriétaire est très à l’écoute et réactive aux messages que nous pouvons lui envoyer. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec la mise en route de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine suite à son hivernage et à la saison des pollens. La propriétaire a su trouver des solutions et même faire venir le pisciniste le 1er mai. Nous l’en remercions encore. Le sérieux du pisciniste serait à revoir, il en profite car Mme Rouy n’est pas sur place !! Une très belle région à découvrir, nous reviendrons.

Une maison agréable mais pas accessible

Une super maison avec un jacuzzi où on a passé un agréable séjour. Dommage que la propriétaire n'ait pas été transparente sur l'annonce. Attention la maison est noté comme accessible, mais il y a une marche pour rentrer dans la maison. L'accessibilité est ensuite correcte : circulation facile sauf pour atteindre la terrasse (la rampe est un peu dangereuse car sans bordure), WC assez large (mais sans barre de transfert), douche à l'italienne (mais pas de barre de transfert). De plus la piscine chauffée n'est pas toujours accessible selon le mois où vous venez. La propriétaire nous l'avait annoncé avec le jacuzzi (lui est parfait)

Sehr schönes Haus für ein bis zwei Wochen Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Super Check in in (leider nur auf Französisch). Das Grundstück ist super abgegrenzt, so dass man wirklich eine top Privatsphäre hat. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind super zum entspannen.

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable maison à la campagne au calme, le jardin avec la piscine privée et chauffée ainsi que le jacuzzi son sans vis à vis et le jardin et clos. Très belle endroit pour ce ressourcer paisiblement. La maison et les équipements intérieurs étaient parfait. Mme Guinouard nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné sur les commerces et activités environnantes.

Lovely retreat

I was impressed with this villa from the start. Satnav directions straight to the door. Communications from Claire Rouy excellent. The person who met us Ms Guinouard was very pleasant and helpful. The villa has everything you could ask for. Restaurants are excellent and within easy driving distance we found one in Mimizan centre a hotel excellent and spoke some English. The beaches there are amazing also the lakes. At the villa we used the heated pool everyday and hot tub most evenings. It is in a quiet location and very nice to sit outside for an evening meal. We had the barbeque down to a fine art.. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Claire for a very pleasant stay. 5*

Excellent séjour

Famille de 4 adultes, 2 adolescents et un enfant, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette spacieuse et agréable maison à vivre, à la décoration simple et impersonnelle à la campagne : Nous nous sentions comme chez nous :-) Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine surtout avec la canicule et un peu utilisé le jacuzzi . Sous les étoiles, le soir, il était agréable de se baigner. De plus, nous n’étions pas loin de l’océan : body surf,... Nous avons également fait d’agréables ballades dans les bois et avons profité de quelques activités très sympas proposées dans le coin avec les enfants : canoë, ... Nous avons également apprécié la présence du lave-linge (et du sèche-linge notamment pour les housses de couettes qui apparemment, « ne sont changées que lorsque nécessaire ». Je précise que les oreillers qui ne possédaient pas tous des protections étaient jaunis.) Petit détail, il est précisé dans l’annonce « sèche-cheveux ». Or, la personne qui nous a accueillis a précisé qu’il n’y avait jamais eu de sèche-cheveux. Un mode d’emploi serait utile pour toutes les commodités sur place (appareils, jaccuzzi, ordures ménagères, recyclages, commerces, « comment disposer le linge de maison à la fin du séjour », ...) : cela gagnerait en temps : Une semaine passe tellement rapidement :-) Merci de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, clôturée et fermée par un portail (intime vis à vis du voisinage et sécurisant la nuit). Belle région à découvrir !

Avisé les locataires pour entretiens terrain et piscine car réveil a 8h en vacance!!!ceci étant nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et surtout bien apprécié piscine et jaccusi ajouer un portail me semble indispensable

Nous avons passer de très bonne vacance, la maison est spacieuse et très agréable, fraiche, en tout cas pour le mois de juin, les lits sont très confortables (petit détail il n'y a que 4 bols) La machine à laver est un plus La piscine et le jacuzzi sont au top par contre l'extérieur pourrait être un peu plus sympa, l'étendage doit être réparer Je recommande cette location

Lovely clean modern villa, fantastic heated pool, great hot tub, quiet location, near to Mimizan

My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed for a week at the end of August 2016. Great villa, nice and spacious, lovely bedrooms. Kitchen/dining area was nice and modern, living area comfortable. Outside there is a patio area with large table, along with a further area to the rear where there is seating, and a great new hot tub and nice heated pool. Weather was great while we were there and we stayed in the pool for most of every day, and the hot tub in the evenings, under the perfectly clear skies. The location is far enough from town/city that it is lovely and peaceful and quiet, and there is zero light pollution at night, star gazing was fantastic. But it is about a 7-8 minute drive, or maybe a 20 minute cycle into Mimizan Bourge, which has all the facilities you could need, really big Leclerc supermarket and various other stores, bakeries, butchers, street market, cafes etc, lovely quite village, but not too quiet if you know what I mean. Another 7-8 minutes by car and you reach the beaches at Mimizan, and Mimizan Plage the seaside town itself. Again not sprawling or jammed with tourists, but large enough that it has everything you need, market place, shops, lovely restaurants and the beaches are fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here at the villa, and would certainly return in the future!
