Was what we expected- staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable. no house keeping, so no towel exchange for personal towels. Beach was clean but small, limited swimming. Kitchenettes was handy, some walkways are in need of repair, some beach in place wood umbrellas need repair. overall not dissatisfied - not elated.

Rooms are basic. We had 3 twin beds in ours, small shower but good amount of counter space in the bathroom. The property grounds are nice with some activities if you stay on the resort. The pool is great with the kids. There is a beach but the swimable area is very small due to the breaks over reefs. The buffet dinner is not worth it. They limit the beach towels exchanges to one every 3 days - I'm come on!

had to send confirmation by email to resort to habe my room and it took too much time to do this process. The main pool was under reconstruction, room was ok but need renovating as the infrastructure off the resort, but very far on top off a hill the building was back to everything, with a garden view the day and totally in the dark at night. Got woke up by the gardener's mower, and noone propose to take you or help you with luggage to the room, and had to wait and look for a parking spot even further to the room... etc

Beautiful property, rooms were cleaned. Only issue is plant growing on the concrete, paint peeling in the hallway. Little cosmetic things outside the room would be great. Also we paid for cleaning (there was that option), but before we leave you have to throw out your own garbage... That's a first for me and I travel about 6 times a year and stay in hotels.

The location was remote, not conveniently located to a town. Road was dangerous to drive at night. Hotel did not have a lighted sign at the highway, so I went past the turnoff on 2 occasions, almost causing an accident when I pulled off to let cars pass so I could turn around.

The bathroom had visible mold, and amenities were minimal—just one toilet roll and a mini soap for three people over four days. Expedia’s listing differed from what the reception communicated, causing confusion. Despite prior email confirmations with Pierre & Vacances, meal plans were not honored, and we had to pay extra. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

There are better places to stay.

Unless you rent a car you will be isolated as no other restaurants are in the area. There is only ne restaurant on site and it has one menu with no specials offered. The food was okay but after 7 days, it got very tiring looking at the menu. There is also a snack bar and buffet. None of the meals were included. Resort didn’t tell in advance it wouldn’t supply soap for room. Beaches were okay. It was a challenge not speaking French. We knew this and were ok with it but it would have been nice to see the resort’s description of special activities written in English.

La chambre est correct et fonctionnelle, le necessaire pour cuisiner est present , elle pourrait juste etre un peu plus grande. 2 belles piscines mais dommage que le liner se décolle par endroits. Les 2 plages sont bien entretenues avec des transats, de l ombre avec les palmiers mais dommage de la faible profondeur de l eau et beaucoup d algues dans l eau comme la plupart des plages. Le complexe est bien agrémenté

L’hôtel est malheureusement très vieillot et n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps. Nous avons eu plusieurs pannes d’électricité durant notre séjour. Le personnel fait très bien son travail, ce n’est pas le problème, mais la majorité des équipements est ancienne et abîmée. Il y a même de la rouille dans la cuisine. Les équipements des appartements ne sont pas rénovés non plus. Pour couronner le tout, la piscine était fermée pour une durée indéterminée.

Très déçu de l’état des studios, rien n’a changé depuis 20 ans. Une honte tout sent l’humidité. La cuisine est dans son jus depuis 20 ans, très sale, en arrivant micro-ondes qui doit dater de 20 ans également tout rouillé Des cafards dans la cafetière. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu que la piscine était en réfection. Des Sargasses, partout sur la plage, nous n’avons pas pu aller dîner un soir car tout était complet par des groupes extérieurs à Pierre et vacances. Le parking pas assez grand pour accueillir toutes les voitures des vacanciers. Des ouvriers dans le bâtiment de derrière qui tous les matins font du bruit à partir de 6h30. Vraiment, nous vous déconseillons de réserver Pierre et vacances si vous souhaitez du confort et du calme.

Quel dommage pour pierre et vacances et pour nous surtout Le lit avait un mille patte au milieu des draps à notre arrivée et le micro onde était plein de rouille et dans état dégradé Je suis allé à l’accueil montrer la photo de l’état du micro onde et demander s’il était possible d’avoir une bouilloire Sans aucune excuse on m’a remplacé le micro onde mais pas de bouilloire Je trouve vraiment dommage que les responsables ne vérifient pas l’état des chambres et des équipements car cela vá du confort et de la sécurité des clients Je ne conseille pas cet établissement
