"Nous avons réservé pour 16 personnes et nous avons passé un week-end incroyable ! L’accueil avec Romain a été super, la maison est magnifique, tout comme la maison des amis et la grange qui est un vrai plus en cas de pluie !Nous nous sommes baladés dans la propriété où nous avons vu des ânes et chevaux, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable ! La propriété a énormément de charme, nous avons passé de très bons moments conviviales dans le salon, et au bord de la piscine qui était très agréable...

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits pour mes 30 ans et la nouvelle année ; entre amis et famille. Le logement n’est selon nous pas adapté pr plus d’1 nuit. il n’y au aucun endroit reposant pouvant accueillir plus de 7 personnes assises et à condition d’apprécier sassoir sur un canapé en lambeau , raccommode avec une planche , comme s’il venait d’une déchèterie. "La mauson est dans l'ensemble bien équipée. Literie confortable, les lits simple sont de largeur 90.Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personbes a mobilité réduite : marche de 16 cm entre le séjour et la cuisine et seuil de 4 cm entre le séjour et la chambre à rdc.Le sol de la chambre a rdc est dégradé et provoque un risque de chutes. L'électricité ne fonctionne pas dans cette pièce. La main-courante de l'escalier était mal fixée et n'a heuresement pas fait de bléssé. Le ménage était très...

"Un gite confortable et cosy conforme à toutes les photos. On sy sent comme chez soi avec le plateau de bienvenue avec des produits du Perche, les livres (un détail qui fait la différence!), des jeux, le linge de maison inclus et une bonne literie. "Endroit bucolique à souhait. Hôtes très discrets et arrangeants car j'ai du modifier 2 fois les dates de séjour. Gîte tout mignon sans prétention et calme absolu. Juste le bruit de la rivière et la visite des écureuils. Idyllique pour se ressourcer. "Great weather , we had a wonderful time. The older children enjoyed sleeping in the cottage. Great out door space, enjoyed the bbq area and the tennis court. the bbq did need cleaning before we could use it. On the down side, broken out door lighting meant it was very dark in the evenings. The pool is small. Not enough cups if everyone wanted a hot drink and no bowls. ( we had to buy bowls so the children could have cereal in the morning) One of the toilets was very dirty, There wasn't a gym. "

"My 5 year old summed this up best: ‘I wish we could live here!’ The property was idyllic. It was set in huge private grounds that are not overlooked by anyone except horses and donkeys. We had all our meals outside in the sunny courtyard chatting around the large tables and listening to nature, under the shade of the tree, and spent evenings there also under garden string lights. We loved the pool - the kids spent endless hours in it and the adults could relax on the comfy sun loungers under the parasols. There was also a pool cover and the area was gated so very safe for kids. The area was incredibly quiet - we could cycle on the roads from the property without coming across many vehicles, and visited many pretty villages in le perche region and saw beautiful churches, went to nice markets and played mini golf. But we didn’t need to leave the property - there was enough there to entertain us - the pool, table tennis, darts, badminton, bikes, table football, hammocks, swing, river, donkeys, ponds and frogs, games (we loved pickomino!) and tv (that was never turned on!). The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, floorboards were on the creaky side and doorways low for taller guests, but authentically renovated and full of character. What a privilege it was to have spent a week in such a lovely, peaceful place. "

"My fiancee and I only stayed one night at Chateau de La Riviere, and I wish we had stayed longer. Communications with Alice, one of our hosts, were clear and easy. Upon arrival, we were told that we were the only ones staying that night! This made it feel like a fairy tale - a chateau all to ourselves! The historical flavor of the property made us feel like we were back in the 17th century. We were served an excellent multi-course meal by Chef Carole, who not only prepped and prepared our meal, but personally served it to us. Upon our departure, we were offered a private tour of the Chateau by the owner. The owners, their new puppy, and sweet dog were lovely hosts. They provided a custom and unforgettable 24 hours. We will return. Merci for everything! "
