Stayed here for the second time, once long back before COVID-19 and this time, the management has changed and now it’s a pretty decent hotel with an excellent service,they went out of their way to accommodate my needs,Breakfast was great,Room was in good condition ,Sound Proof,I would say very much value for money ,, I’ll come and stay there when I travel there

They offered me to park my motorcycle inside a secure enclosed yard for the night. This is a very cheap place to stay for a night of transit. I will go back.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous adresse cette rĂ©clamation concernant mon sĂ©jour dans votre hĂŽtel, rĂ©servĂ© via Expedia. Avant de finaliser ma rĂ©servation, j'ai contactĂ© votre Ă©tablissement pour confirmer qu'une chambre avec un lit double serait disponible pour une arrivĂ©e entre 4h et 5h du matin. Le responsable m’a assurĂ© que tout Ă©tait en ordre. À mon arrivĂ©e, j’ai constatĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes : La chambre Ă©tait Ă©quipĂ©e de lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit double, Une forte odeur nausĂ©abonde persistait dans la piĂšce, La propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer et plusieurs Ă©quipements Ă©taient cassĂ©s ou manquants. Le responsable n’étant pas prĂ©sent, aucune solution n’a pu ĂȘtre trouvĂ©e Ă  ce moment-lĂ . En compensation, on m’a proposĂ© un petit dĂ©jeuner, mais l’hygiĂšne du personnel Ă©tait Ă©galement prĂ©occupante, notamment le manque de gants et de lavage des mains avant de servir les petit dĂ©jeuner. AprĂšs avoir exprimĂ© mes prĂ©occupations Ă  la rĂ©ception, j’ai reçu une note vocale du gĂ©rant de l’hĂŽtel. Il a justifiĂ© la situation en expliquant que la chambre attribuĂ©e Ă©tait « juste un dĂ©pannage » pour dormir entre 5h et 11h, minimisant ainsi la situation. Il a mĂȘme ajoutĂ©, et je cite : « Nous ne sommes pas un hĂŽtel Louis Vuitton super luxe, nous sommes un petit hĂŽtel ». Cette remarque Ă©tait Ă  la fois dĂ©placĂ©e et irrespectueuse. Peu importe la taille ou la catĂ©gorie d’un hĂŽtel, il est essentiel de respecter les engagements pris avec les clients.

Mini prix mini confort

La chambre manque de confort, pas de rideaux, un seul chevet, pas de table ou bureau, la literie est trĂšs mĂ©diocre. La salle de bain avec WC, pas de porte serviettes ou patĂšre oĂč poser sa serviette, pas de verre, pas de brosse WC, la piĂšce semble encore inachevĂ© ( plainte, joints mural de douche..) vitres de douche pleines de calcaire. Heureusement que le service est plus convivial j'ai pu obtenir une boisson chaude apportĂ© dans ma chambre car pas de distributeur dans la salle de petit dĂ©jeuner et j'ai obtenu Ă  ma demande une couverture supsupplĂ©mentaire. Le personnel d'accueil parle difficilement le français mais son Ă  l'Ă©coute.

NUL NUL NUL ! Chambre froide, radiateur bien trop petit et sans puissance, j'Ă©tais gelĂ©e! Aucune isolation, mes voisins ultra bruyant toutes la nuit, pire qu'une discothĂšque ! La petit bureau ressemblais Ă  une table de cours de collĂšge avec rayure et marque de vieillesse ! Hors de prix par rapport au hĂŽtel dans le mĂȘme tarif ! A fuir de toute urgence !

Accueillant et confortable

Contact avec le réceptionniste trÚs facile. L'accÚs aux chambres m'a été donné plus tÎt et m'a évité de ne rien avoir à faire pendant les 3h avant l'ouverture officielle. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est trÚs mauvaise et j'ai entendu ma voisine de palier téléphoner puis commenter son film toute la soirée jusqu'à 23h30..
