Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple of negatives. When I book a double room I expect to get a double bed not two singles pushed together - that's a twin room. Shower had no soapdish / shelf so nowhere to put products.

For a property that states it has a restaurant. There was no food for dinner. Nothing around the area. We had to get a taxi to the next town, to get dinner. Bar closes at 9pm as well

Très bon point pour la literie, notamment les coussins qui étaient très confortable. Le petit déjeuner, à 11€ par personne, était excellent, copieux avec plusieurs produits de la région. Vraiment top ! Cadre reposant et très calme, avec en prime 3 petites brebis juste à côté. Mais plutôt déçu de la chambre. Pas de gel douche/shampoing. Cheveux sur le lit Le ventilateur cassé ne tenant plus debout Douche ouverte sans raclette donc une douche suffit pour tremper toute la salle de bain et se préparer dans les pieds dans l’eau. Papier toilette sur le dessus des toilettes (alors qu’il y a l’emplacement prévu pour à côté). Alors tout ça ne m’empêche pas de profiter du séjour, mais vu le prix de la chambre, on s’attend à ce que ces petits détails n’existent pas. Comment est-ce possible qu’un hôtel à 130€ la nuit ne met pas à disposition du gel douche/ shampooing. Aussi, attention, ce n’était pas très clair (selon moi) mais le spa est en supplément et plutôt chère.

Entorno precioso, verde, con ovejas en el prado debajo de la habitación. El desayuno totalmente recomendable: yogur artesano, zumo natural, etc. Muy bien de precio también. El personal muy atento. Pudimos hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista sin ningún problema. En recepción hablan español. Íbamos una familia de 4 personas y nos alojaron en una habitación para los 4.

Correcte pour une 3 étoiles

Nous sommes restés quatre jours avec nos deux enfants. L’hôtel est adapté aux enfants avec un espace de jeux à côté. Les chambres sont correctes, sur les deux que nous avons eu, il y en a une qui était un peu mansardée donc un peu oppressante. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est quand même un peu excentré si vous souhaitez visiter les plages, mais à cinq minutes du centre-ville.
