Hôtel avec un grand potentiel. Le bâtiment dans sa globalité est vieillissant et l’état des équipements mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les bains romains eux sont d’une grande qualité et tranquillité. La salle dédiée aux repas et petits déjeuners est somptueuse. Le niveau de propreté n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel MERCURE

Hôtel agréable et détente…

Hôtel sympathique, détente et relaxation à la clé. Il y a bien quelques points à retravailler mais dans l'ensemble bon séjours. Il y a pleins de choses à visiter à quelques pas de l’hôtel ( musée, grottes, boutiques et restaurants) ou à quelques kilomètre en voiture.

À éviter …

Inacceptable qu au 20 juin la piscine extérieure soit ds cet état de saleté alors qu’il fait plus de 35 degrés. Établissement vieillot et sans réel entretien. Joints de douche moisis, personnel au bar désinvoltent, pas de Clim dans les chambres, pdj très moyen…. Bref pas digne d un mercure. Seul point positif, de bonnes praticiennes au spa

Séjour de 3 nuits. Pdj réservé à un groupe 2 matins donc inaccessible de 8h à 9h. SDB réservée aux petits gabarits (toilettes collées au mur, entrée douche très étroite et dangereuse avec une marche glissante. Impossible d'obtenir une bouteille d'eau au bar à 22h (fermé). Pas de clim. Comment peut on appeler ça un mercure?

Un séjour en couple pour ce ressourcer. Mais une piscine pas très bien entretenue et propre. Chambre au 4eme soit disant supérieure mais plus classique. La vmc ne fonctionnait pas donc chambre très humide. Propreté du couloir et des escaliers très moyen. Literie convenable. Petit déjeuner plus que raisonnable. Grand choix sucré et salé. Attention pas de borne de recharge pour voiture électrique. Et pas grand chose autour.

Peu mieux faire

attente de 30min à la réception, deux fois de suite. Gros manque d'organisation au petit déjeuner avec un personnel à bout. Et pas de wifi proposé. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des autres mercure. Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme.

Ce nest pas un Mercure comme on l'entend. Sans parler des extérieurs cote rue à l'abandon, la chambre est petite, la salle de bain est vetuste, le restaurant basique, le petit dejeuner servi en jogging. Tarif 146 € , petit déjeuner à 17€ par personne, heureusement que nous n'avons pas eu ce tarif. Allez, on oublie et on passe à autre chose.

Chambre 102 non fumeur mais malheureusement imprégnée par l’odeur forte du tabac froid contrairement à la chambre où nous avions séjourner début juillet 2024. Trop de bruit à la piscine intérieure car enfants en nombre ne respectant pas la quiétude des lieux. Non respect également de la douche obligatoire avant la baignade dans la piscine intérieure. Les adultes hommes portant des shorts ou bermudas de bain pas très hygiéniques.

Pas à la hauteur de l'enseigne.

Cette hotel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un Mercure, un ibis tout au plus. Peintures défraîchies dans les chambres et parties communes, pas de clim (33°C lors de notre séjour) mais un ventilateur. Pas de parking privé, seulement des parkings publics de chaques côtés de l'hôtel où il y a sûrement de la place, mais hors saison. Extrêmement décevant. En revanche le personnel de l'hôtel est au top, sympa et compétant.

Très déçus de la chambre

Notre chambre, bien que qualifiée gamme luxe avec un très grand lit, et le tarif en conséquence, ne méritait pas 3*: bien sûr, les critères pour attitrer 3* y sont mais chambre très petite, tablettes instables et de taille très minimale sous la tv, avec la bouilloire juste devant l'écran (pas top !) ; on ne peut rien y mettre ; pas de bureau ni de table pour s'installer avec un ordi bien qu'on puisse accéder au wifi dans les chambres ; la paroi de la baignoire avec des traces de calcaire sur toute la surface et la réglette du bas de la paroi cassée dans l'angle et avec du moisi. Les portes des chambres ferment à l'ancienne avec une clé. Pas de badge sécurisé, il faut penser à mettre la chainette de sécurité quand on est à l'intérieur de la chambre. Heureusement que les rideaux étaient d'un vert "flashi" car la chambre était peinte tout en gris assez foncé et les mobiliers tv et tête de lit en gris très foncé. Cela fait un espace assez triste. Par contre, buffet du petit-déjeuner agréable et bien achalandé avec des produits locaux ! L'espace salon est joliment aménagé, coloré et lumineux. Nous y avons passé deux nuits.
