The villa Bel Arbre, located in the heights of Saint-François, offers an ideal location. At the same time close to the city center, activities (5min walk from the golf course and the casino) and the beach, it also provides a certain tranquility specific to the residential area of which it is a part.
The villa includes two large terraces at the front and rear, one of which gives access to the kitchen with its pass hatch which closes with a roller shutter. The front one protected by manual blinds in case of rain gives access to a beautiful swimming pool and to the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of an oven, a fridge, a microwave, an induction hob, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with walk-in shower), one adjoining the bedroom, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

Saint-François Objektnummer 1416343 VILLA MIT 3 SCHLAFZIMMERN, POOL, SPA, NAHE GOLFPLATZ, GESCHÄFTE
Sehr schöne Villa mit großzügigem Raumangebot. Drei sehr gute Schafzimmer mit hervorragenden Betten, schöne, großzügige Badezimmer. Es gab immer heißes Wasser, da Zusatztanks im Garten vorhanden sind. Schränke in der Küche müssten aber einmal grund gesäubert werden. Tolle Gartenanlage mit sehr einladenden Terrassen. Die Highlights sind der große Pool mit sehr sauberem Wasser und der Whirlpool. Die Lage der Villa zum Ort ist gut. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel ist die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.

Un magnifique séjour en Guadeloupe
Une très belle villa, avec tout a disposition pour passer un agréable séjour. Machine a laver et lave vaisselle très utiles lorsque l'on vient nombreux. Le lit pour le bébé un grand plus également. La villa est située au François, c'est un peu excentré lorsque l'on veut se rendre sur Basse Terre mais c'est le meilleur endroit pour profiter des plages ! Boulangerie tout proche, ainsi que supermarché ce qui est très pratique également. Hôte réactive, très gentille, qui a su trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés lors de notre séjour promptement. Un grand merci pour le repas le soir de notre arrivée qui a été plus que bienvenu après un long trajet. Parfaite villa pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge ! Et évidemment la piscine et le SPA pour se reposer le temps d'une sieste au soleil ☀️ A bientôt, Lorraine, Quentin, Marcel, Odile, Isabelle et Patrice.

Il est tout déplorable que les personnes s’occupant des lieux ne soient pas présentés lors de l’arrivée ou du depart surtout qu’en arrivant pas d’électricité le ménage laisse a desirer et qu’en ils remplacent le linge de maison il y a des manquants et apres envoie de plusieurs messages aucun retour. Le prix de cette location ne correspond pas du tout aux prestation que votre site vend.

Un séjour en demi-teinte
Une villa très agréable dans laquelle nous nous sommes plus. Belle piscine et excellentes literies. Petit désagrément à notre arrivée : une coupure d eau indépendante de la volonté de l’hôte. Nous avons dû acheter des packs d eau en urgence, ainsi que le minimum vital car absolument rien n’est fourni à l’arrivée dans les lieux. L’accueil par Magguy était cordial mais la fin de séjour nous a déçus : Toujours pas d ampoule dans les toilettes malgré notre demande. Contrairement à l’annonce qui prévoit le départ à 12h, et malgré notre demande de rester jusqu à cette heure, nous avons dû quitter les lieux à 10h15, la femme de ménage ayant été commandée pour 10h. Enfin il parait utile de préciser que la baignade n’est pas possible à Saint François à cause des sargasses et qu il faut se déplacer au moins jusqu à Sainte Anne.

Quel magnifique séjour en Guadeloupe dans cette superbe villa à Saint François. Maguy vous chouchoute pour que vos vacances soient inoubliables tout en restant discrète. Grande maison au calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour réussir son séjour.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette maison généreuse, avec des grands volumes. Des couchages de qualité, et toutes les chambres climatisées. Enorme terrasse, très bien entretenue avec magnifique piscine d'eau salée, et grand jacuzzi. L'accueil a été parfait par Mme MAGGY, toujours souriante et très discrète. Propriété très bien située à proximité des plages et des activités de ST François. Nous reviendrons surement.
