"It was a last minute booking for just one night because we were meeting friend for dinner and didn't want to drive back to Tokyo. We weren't expecting much because it was cheap but we're pleasantly surprised! The decor is trendy and welcoming. The service from the young guy working there was very warm and welcoming too. "Be anywhere outside of your room and you'd be cold within minutes, unfortunately. I personally also found the downstairs bathroom and washroom to be of a unpleasant design (being even colder with weird staircase shape) On the plus side, the quarter is still confortable and comes with towels at least.
