「The building was surrounded by the huge vineyard. Tranquil and spacious rooms are neat and clean, well tidy-up. Lovely French style breakfast and the free great house wine tasting. I wish I could have brought back the whole variety wines. Sadly I’m living outside France and cannot do that…. We checked in late ,yet the owner attended us in a pleasant way. We will come back again! Thank you so much!!」

「A great last minute find, as we wanted to get to Mortagne sur Gironde. A beautiful restoration of a large house by the hard work of the hosts, Suzanne and her husband! Unfortunately, we could only stay for just the ONE night ..... but we could see that it would a be lovely place to relax and unwind over several days, especially with this property having a lovely large swimming pool (which gets cleaned by a robot hose with small underwater tractor unit - amazing!」

Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina tras un día caluroso, y el desayuno fue todo un acierto: pan, queso fresco, mermeladas y unas gallettes francesas deliciosas que servían rellenas de fruta fresca cortada. 「Very well recently restored chateau with lovely, quiet bedrooms. Staff were very attentive to our needs. A continental breakfast including eggs of your choice was served in the beautiful dining room. The charcuterie meal was plentiful and included a glass of their wine. Other guests agreed that it would have been nice to have been able to eat a 3 course meal at the chateau instead of having to drive to a local restaurant. We would certainly recommend this experience.」
