IMPORTANT:
No propane, no fireplace during the summer.
All guests must complete a pre-registration form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon reservation confirmation.
The verification steps require the guest to fill in contact information, provide a valid ID, and authorize a hold for the $800 security deposit.
Note that the $800 security deposit will be held and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred to the property.
Smoking inside the chalet (including vaping) is prohibited. A $250 fine will be applied for any violation.

Respecting the house rules described here is a crucial condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance with the aforementioned house rules may result in penalties, including deductions from the security deposit.
A strict control of the number of occupants is enforced, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.
A penalty of $125 + tax per night per additional person will be retained.
SPA:
The SPA is accessible year-round. Using glassware in or near the spa area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.
SMOKING:
Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be applied for smoking inside.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtray provided on the porch. Non-compliance will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD:
Please note that it is important to maintain quiet and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
VISITORS:
Any additional visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional charges as indicated in the price.
DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES:
Report all damage and breakages to the property manager promptly. Non-compliance may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To prevent damage and breakages, furniture must not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
COMPLIANCE:
The owner/manager may terminate the stay and evict guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents.
