"Lugar bonito el baño se comparte con el otro cuarto eso lo de ven de notificar desde el principio ...para el área de la piscina no avía toallas...la cocina está en remodelación la maquinita de hielo casi no hacía...El staff ningún contacto le escribí por privado y por la aplicación y nada... PD... Lo del baño deben dejarlo saber antes de hacer la reservación..."

"I have stayed at this hostel three times in the past two months, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the service I received during this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hostel for a woman traveling alone with a 2-year-old child, especially if you arrive at night. The airport shuttle experience was extremely stressful. Despite calling the hotel multiple times for pickup, no one answered the phone. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the shuttle,...

"We only stayed one night, but it really was impressive. It was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. While I wasn’t thrilled with a deposit on our arrival, I expect it does make a big difference in making sure people respect the property and keep it nice. In a similar situation, I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others."
