"Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again."

Staff was helpful in general. Buffet breakfast had 3 Indian options. Lots of options for food close by. Ok value for money. "

"There was no balcony with the room,poor quality ventilation and one double bed and one single bed instead of king size bed and a double bed.room cleaning is not upto the satisfactory ,specialy bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket covers were dirty.there was no wardrobe/almirah in the room,extra blankets are kept on the door.food is good and the staff behaviour was polite and gentle."

There was no heat source in the room. The hot air blower provided was unusable as had electrical sparks during use. There was a light that flashed all night even though the power was switched off to the light. The manager and front desk staff only wanted us to leave so that they did not have to deal with...
