"This property was extremely clean and suited our family perfectly. It is a short walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. The heated outdoor pool was nice and a definite plus. Would definitely rent again. Holden beach in March is so nice. No traffic and no wait times. "

We booked it during the off season in November and thanks to the weather cooperating, we were able to get the pool heated and it was heavenly (a highlight of our stay). The property is located nearly all the way down on the West side. It had great views of both the sunrise and sunset. Spacious porches with comfy rocking chairs. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was meticulously organized and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very kind. Overall - an amazing visit and great host. It’s hard not to be happy at Holden Beach :) "

"Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group. "
