He spent time with us during check-in to explain the items in the apartment such as a/c and the roll up shades. He also warned us of pickpockets, explained how to get around and gave us recommendations for various local restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. A 」

「Spacious, clean, renovated apartment with retro character elevator. Good kitchen facilities although the dishwasher quality is average. Washing machine is useful and our laundry dried overnight just with the central heating. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, about 20min walk to most of Rome sights. Can’t fault it except there’s 1 shower (the heading on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms). Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Rome. 」

「This stay was convenient to restaurants and it's about a 45-minute walk to the historic area. We appreciated the balcony and cozy bedrooms, which worked ok for 4 people. Getting into the building was a little frustrating because it was all done using our phones, yet our internet was inconsistent so it was hit or miss whether we could unlock the building door and then the apartment door. But everything else about the stay was positive, so five stars. 」

「This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight.
